Celebrated Chef Todd English brings a modern twist to French cuisine with his restaurant, Ça Va Brasserie, located in the heart of New York City's Theater district. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a year round “Taste of Ça Va” 3 course pre-fix menu, the restaurant has emerged as a gem in the Broadway district - becoming a favorite local spot for pre and post theater dining.
Under Todd English’s guidance, Chef de Cuisine Matt Corbett adapts the menus seasonally, allowing for fresh and local ingredients to shine. Classic year round favorites include Loup De Mer, Ça Va Steak Frites with Herb-Onion Butter, French Onion Soup and seasonal Foie Gras preparations. Bon Appetit!
