World-renowned Chef Todd English's newest restaurant concept, Ça Va, is located in the heart of New York City's Theater district. Ça Va is a modern twist on the traditional brasserie serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a Pre-Theater dining menu. À la carte menu items include Chef English’s signature Cassoulet of Duck Confit with Pork Sausage and Merguez, or Ça Va Steak Frites with Herb-Onion Butter, and the rotating nightly Plats du Jour will feature such quintessential French favorites as Bouillabaisse with Rouille, Côte de Boeuf with Potato Rösti, and Seasonal Whole Roasted Fish Almondine.
